The villa is laid out on 2 levels with the first floor offering a spacious lounge which opens to the Naya (covered outside dining area). There are comfortable sofas and many original features such as Toscan stone arches and marble flooring. There is also an inside dining area and fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and American style fridge.

The master bedroom also has a sofa and there is an ensuite bathroom. There is a second twin bedroom on this floor, which opens to the main dining terrace as well as a guest bathroom. The main Naya is south facing and looks out over the Javea Valley. On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms (one double bed) with an ensuite bathroom. The other has twin beds. The bedrooms are interconnecting, although there is separate access from the outside to the 4th bedroom.

Outside there are rambling tropical gardens with mature palm trees and colourful hibiscus. The pool is unusually large with crystal clear water and is very private. There is also a large barbecue area. A gate leads from the main garden to the tennis court which is for the exclusive use of guests. Enjoy a game of tennis in one of the most spectacular locations in Javea.
